Product Overview
The AQY282S is a 1-pole GU-E PhotoMOS Relay with AC/DC type, SOP series. 1-channel (form-A) 4-pin type, picked from the 1/2-pin side. 4-pin type in super miniature design. Can control a maximum 0.5A load current with a 5mA input current. Low ON resistance of 2.5Ω. Stable operation because there are no metallic contact parts. The SSR with an off state leakage current of several milliamps, the PhotoMOS relay features a very small off state leakage current of only 100pA even with the rated load voltage of 350V.
