104-1-A-5/5D is a 104 series high voltage SIL/SIP reed relay designed for high-voltage isolation and switching in ATE and instrumentation. It is ideal for applications such as transformer and cable testing, mixed-signal semiconductor test, in-circuit test equipment, and High Voltage instrumentation; and where mains voltages are switched. The range supports High Density layouts thanks to an internal mu-metal magnetic screen that reduces magnetic interaction when relays are closely stacked. With low leakage performance and high power capability, Series 104 suits compact, high-channel-count switching systems. There is also an option for an electrostatic shield between the switch and the coil to help minimise noise coupling between the coil drive and high-voltage circuits, and high temperature operating range options are available for harsher environments. Typical applications include test & measurement, medical, automotive, semiconductor testing, mining, oil & gas and cable testing.
