Its ultra-low interwinding capacitance and reinforced insulation deliver excellent isolation performance and reliability. The design reduces component count, lowers system cost, and simplifies implementation by eliminating the need for an external resonant inductor. Automotive-ready construction and compliance with industry standards make it ideal for demanding EV, motor drive, inverter, and power supply applications.
- Specifically optimized for SiC/GaN wide bandgap (WBG) switching applications
- Ultra-low interwinding capacitance (<2.5pF) supports high switching frequencies & low noise coupling
- High isolation performance with up to 4.2kVrms isolation and reinforced insulation
- Eliminates the need for an external resonant inductor, reducing magnetic component count
- Lowers BOM cost and PCB space requirements, helping create more compact designs
