Product Overview
9FGL0851CKILF is a 3.3V PCIe Gen1–5 clock generator. Each differential output has a dedicated OE# pin supporting PCIe CLKREQ# functionality. Typical application includes servers/high-performance computing, nVME storage, networking and accelerators industrial control.
- 48-VFQFPN package, number of clock output is 8, 85ohm output impedance
- Common clocked, independent reference with and without spread spectrum (SRIS, SRNS)
- One 3.3V LVCMOS REF output with wake-on support
- 90fs RMS typical jitter (PCIe Gen5 CC), <lt/> 50ps cycle-to-cycle jitter on differential outputs
- <lt/> 50ps output-to-output skew on differential outputs, ±0ppm synthesis error on differential outputs
- 112–206mW typical power consumption (at 3.3V)
- 25MHz input frequency, OE# pins support PCIe CLKREQ# function
- SMBus-selectable CC/SRIS -0.25% spread, two selectable SMBus addresses
- Temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
- VDDIO rail allows 35% power savings at optional 1.05V
