- Package is mounted in a plastic 4-LSOP for high density applications
- Package has shield effect to cut off ambient light
- Operating ambient temperature of 115°C
- Isolation distance of 0.4mm minimum, high isolation voltage (BV = 5000Vrms)
- High speed switching (tr = 4µs typically, tf = 5µs typically)
- Suitable for use in power supply, FA/OA equipment
- UL (E72422), CSA (CA 101391 (CA5A, CAN/CSA-C22.2 60065, 60950), SEMKO (EN 60065, EN 60950) approved
