BR24G512FVT-5AE2 is a BR24G512xxx-5A series is a 512Kbit serial EEPROM of I²C BUS interface. It features prevention of miswriting for WP (Write Protect) function added, prevention of miswriting at low voltage. Applications includes ordinary electronic equipment (such as AV equipment, OA equipment, telecommunication equipment, home electronic appliances, amusement equipment, etc.).
- TSSOP-B8 packing, 512Kbit capacity, process code, revision
- 4 million times (Ta = 25 °C) write cycles, 200 years (Ta = 55 °C) data retention
- Maximum write cycle time is 3.5ms maximum
- 1.6V to 5.5V wide limit of operating voltage, possible 1MHz operation
- Page write mode 128byte
- Bit format 64K x 8bit
- Low current consumption
- Noise filter built in SCL/SDA pin
- Initial delivery state FFh
- Ambient operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
