BR24H02xxx-5AC series is a 2Kbit serial EEPROM of I2C BUS interface suitable for automotive camera and automotive electronics.
- AEC-Q100 qualified and functional safety supportive automotive products
- All controls available by 2 ports of serial clock (SCL) and serial data (SDA)
- 1.7V to 5.5V wide limit of operating voltage, possible 1MHz operation
- Page write mode 16 byte, bit format 256 x 8bit
- Low current consumption and prevention of miswriting at low voltage
- Supply voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V
- I2C bus type
- Noise filter built in SCL/SDA pin and initial delivery state FFh
- Data retention of 100years (Ta = 25°C) and write cycle time of 3.5ms (max)
- 8 lead MSOP package, ambient operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
