BR25H256FJ-5ACE2 is a BR25H256xxx-5AC series 256Kbit serial 125°C operation EEPROM of SPI BUS interface for automotive application. It features prevention of write mistake, write prohibition at power on, write prohibition by the WPB pin, write prohibition block setting, prevention of write mistake at low voltage. Data at shipment memory array FFh, ID page first 3 address 2Fh, 00h, 0Dh, other address FFh, WPEN, BP1, BP0: 0, 0, 0 status register, lock status LS:0. Application includes airbag, ABS, ECU.
- SOP-J8 packing, 256Kbit capacity, process code, revision
- AEC-Q100 qualified (grade1)
- Supply voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V, maximum clock frequency is 20MHz
- Maximum write time is 3.5ms, page size is 64byte
- Bit format is 32768 x 8bit
- 64byte write lockable identification page (ID Page)
- Address auto increment function at read operation
- Auto erase and auto end function at data rewrite, HOLD function by the HOLDB pin
