The PC452TEJ000F is a 1-channel 4-pin high collector-emitter voltage Photocoupler with Darlington phototransistor output. The PC452 series contains an IRED optically coupled to a phototransistor. It is suitable for telephone set, copiers, facsimile and hybrid substrates which require high density mounting.
