Product Overview
The BTB06-600TRG is a 6A insulated standard TRIAC suitable for general purpose AC switching. The BTA series provides an insulated tab (rated at 2500Vrms) complying with UL standards. It can be used as an ON/OFF or phase angle function in various applications. The logic level version is specially recommended for use on inductive loads, thanks to their high commutation performances.
