Product Overview
HCF4070YM013TR is a quad exclusive OR gate. It is a monolithic integrated circuit fabricated in metal oxide semiconductor. This IC contains four independent exclusive OR gates. It provides the system designer with direct implementation of the exclusive OR gate for applications such as logical comparators, adders/subtractors, parity generators and checkers, automotive, industrial, computer, consumer etc.
- Medium-speed operation is tPHL= tPLH= 70ns (typ) at CL= 50pF and VDD= 10
- Quiescent current specified upto 20V
- Input leakage current is II= 100nA (max) at VDD= 18V, TA= 25°C
- 100% tested for quiescent current
- ESD performance is HBM: 2kV, MM: 200V, CDM: 1kV
- Operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C
- Case style is SO14 (automotive grade)
- Supply voltage range is 3V to 20V
