- Very low drop voltage regulator with 5V output and inhibit function in 3 pin DPAK package
- Very low-dropout voltage (0.45V), output current up to 500mA
- Very low quiescent current (typ 50µA in OFF mode, 500µA in ON mode)
- Logic controlled electronic shutdown
- Automotive grade AEC-Q100 qualified
- Internal current and thermal limit
- Only 2.2µF capacitor for stability
- Available in ±1% selection at 25°C
- Supply voltage rejection of 80db
- Suitable for low-noise, low-power applications and especially in battery powered systems
