Product Overview
The M95010-WMN6P is a 1kB serial Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) with high-speed clock. It is organized as 128 x 8-bit, accessed through the SPI bus. The M950x0-W can operate with a supply voltage from 2.5 to 5.5V. The identification page can be used to store sensitive application parameters which can be (later) permanently locked in read-only mode.
