M95256-DFDW6TP is a 256Kbit serial SPI bus EEPROM with the high-speed clock. It operates with a 1.7V to 5.5V. It offers an additional page, named the identification page (64 bytes). The identification page can be used to store sensitive application parameters that can be (later) permanently locked in read-only mode.
