Product Overview
M95512-DRDW3TP/K is a SPI serial access EEPROM. It is compliant with the very high level of reliability defined by the automotive standard AEC-Q100 grade 0. This device is accessed by a simple serial SPI compatible interface running up to 16MHz. It offers an additional Identification image (128 byte) in which the ST device identification can be read. This page can also be used to store sensitive application parameters which can be later permanently locked in read-only mode.
- 512Kbit (64Kbyte) plus identification page, VCC range from 1.7 to 5.5V
- Compatible with the serial peripheral interface (SPI) bus
- Schmitt trigger inputs for noise filtering
- Output capacitance is 8pF maximum at (VOUT = 0V)
- Input leakage current is 2µA maximum at (VIN = VSS or VCC)
- Supply current (standby power mode) is 2µA maximum
- Clock frequency is 16MHz maximum
- Output rise time is 25ns maximum
- Temperature range from -40 to 125°C
- TSSOP8 package
