Product Overview
STM706TAM6F is a supervisor device. which provide microprocessor functions. A precision voltage reference and comparator monitors has VCC input for an out-of-tolerance condition. When an invalid VCC condition occurs, the reset output (RST) is forced low or high in the case of RST. They are commonly used in computers, controllers and intelligent instrument applications.
- Reset threshold voltage is 3.00V ≤ VRST ≤ 3.15V
- Watchdog disable
- RST pulse width is 160ms to 280ms
- Operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C
- Operating voltage is 1.2V to 5.5V
- Low supply current is 40µA (typ)
