STPS2L60A is a 60V, 2A low drop power schottky rectifier in a 2 pin SMA package. This 60V power Schottky rectifier is ideal for switch mode power supplies and high frequency converters. The STPS2L60 is optimized for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters and small battery chargers. It is also used in lighting, set top box and auxiliary power.
