TIP115 is a complementary silicon power Darlington transistor in a TO-220 package. It is indented for use in medium power linear and switching applications.
- PNP type transistor
- Collector-base voltage (IE = 0) is 60V, collector-emitter voltage (IB = 0) is 60V
- Emitter-base voltage (IC = 0) is 5V
- Collector current is 2A, collector peak current is 4A
- Total dissipation at Tcase ≤ 25°C, Tamb ≤ 25°C
- Maximum operating junction temperature is a 150°C
