The TN815-600B-TR is a 8A Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) offers standard gate triggering levels. It is suitable to fit all modes of control found in applications such as overvoltage crowbar protection, inrush current limiting circuits, capacitive discharge ignition and voltage regulation circuits. It provides an optimized performance in a limited space.
