Product Overview
VN9008AJTR is a single-channel high-side driver with current sense analogue feedback for automotive application. The device is a single-channel high-side driver manufactured using ST proprietary VIPower M0-9 technology. The device is designed to drive 12V automotive grounded loads through a 3V and 5V CMOS-compatible interface, providing protection and diagnostics. The device integrates advanced protective functions such as load current limitation, overload active management by power limitation and over temperature shutdown with configurable latch-off. An active-low FaultRST pin unlatches the output in case of fault or disables the latch-off functionality. Application suitable for smart power distribution, automotive headlamps, heating systems, DC motors, relay replacement and high power resistive and inductive actuators, protected supply for ADAS systems radars and sensors.
