Product Overview
The CD74AC02M is a quad 2-input NOR Gate contains four independent circuits. The device perform the Boolean function Y = A\ • B\ or Y = (A + B)\ in positive logic. The device features 1.5 to 5.5V operation and balanced noise immunity at 30% of the supply voltage.

- Balanced propagation delays
- Speed of bipolar F, AS and S with significantly reduced power consumption
- Exceeds 2kV ESD protection per MIL-STD-883, method 3015
