Product Overview
The LP3964EMP-ADJ/NOPB is a fast ultra-low-dropout Linear Regulator operates from a 2.5 to 7V input supply. A wide range of preset output voltage options are available. This ultra-low dropout linear regulator responds very fast to step changes in load which makes it suitable for low-voltage microprocessor applications. The LP3964 is developed on a CMOS process which allows low quiescent current operation independent of output load current, as well as operation under extremely low dropout conditions. It features 24mV at 80mA and 240mV at 800mA load current ultra-low dropout voltage and 4mA at 800mA load current ground pin current. It also features adjustable device with a specified accuracy of ±1.5% at room temperature and ±3% over all conditions.
