Product Overview
XCL233D125KR-G is a XCL233 series ultra-low quiescent current, inductor built-in step-down DC/DC converter with output voltage selectable function. It is a synchronous step-down micro DC/DC converter which integrates an inductor and a control IC in one tiny package. It uses an ultra-low current consumption circuit and PFM control. The control IC and coil are integrated to achieve miniaturization, and a space-saving power supply can be configured simply by adding two external capacitors. the ultra-low current consumption circuit and PFM control method realize high efficiency with a light load. This function can select an appropriate output voltage based on the MCU behaviour mode and contribute a power consumption reduction for a total system. Application includes smart meter, low power RF, sensor module, wearable devices, energy harvest devices, back-up power supply circuit, smart card, devices with 1 Lithium cell.
