Product Overview
74HC86D(BJ) is a CMOS digital silicon monolithic IC. It is a high speed CMOS quad exclusive OR gate fabricated with silicon gate C²MOS technology. It achieves the high speed operation similar to equivalent LSTTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. Input and output buffers are provided which offer high noise immunity and stable output. All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge or transient excess voltage.
- Low power dissipation ICC is 1.0µA (max) at Ta = 25°C)
- Balanced propagation delay is tPLH ≈ tPHL
- Supply voltage range from 2V to 6V
- Input leakage current is ±0.1µA max at (VIN = VCC or GND, 6V, Ta = 25°C)
- Quiescent supply current is 1µA max at (VIN = VCC or GND, 6V, Ta = 25°C)
- Propagation delay time is 10ns typ at (CL = 15pF, VCC = 5V, Ta = 25°C, input: tr = tf = 6ns)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
