Product Overview
74LCX574FT(AJ) is a CMOS digital silicon monolithic IC. It is a high-performance CMOS octal D-type flip-flop. It is designed for use in 3.3V systems, it achieves high-speed operation while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. This device is designed for low-voltage (3.3V) VCC applications, but it could be used to interface to 5V supply environment for both inputs and outputs. This 8-bit D-type flip-flop is controlled by a clock input (CK) and an output enable input (active-low OE). When the active-low OE input is high, the eight outputs are in a high-impedance state. All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge.

- Supply voltage range from 1.65V to 3.6V
- Output current is IOH/IOL = 24mA (min) (VCC = 3.0V)
- Power-down protection provided on all inputs and outputs

- Quiescent supply current is 10µA max at (VIN = VCC or GND, 1.65 to 3.6V, Ta = -40 to 85°C)
- Maximum clock frequency is 150MHz typ at (3.3 ±0.3V, Ta = -40 to 85°C)
- Propagation delay time (CK-Q) is 1.5ns typ at (3.3 ±0.3V, Ta = -40 to 85°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
