Product Overview
TC7WT125FU,LF(T is a high speed CMOS dual bus buffer fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. It achieves the high speed operation similar to equivalent LSTTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. The input threshold levels are compatible with TTL output voltage. It requires 3-state control input active low G to be set high to place the output Y into the high impedance. All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge or transient excess voltage.
- Propagation delay time is 13ns typ (50CL(pF), Ta = 25°C, input - tr = tf = 6ns)
- Quiescent supply current is 2.0μA max (Ta = 25°C)
- Input voltage low level is 0.8V max (4.5 to 5.5V, Ta = 25°C)
- Output drive capability - 15 LSTTL loads
- Output voltage is 4.5V typ (high level, VCC= 4.5V, IOH = -20μA, Ta = 25°C)
- Power dissipation is 300mW (Ta = 25°C)
- Input capacitance is 5pF typ (Ta = 25°C, Input: tr = tf = 6ns)
- Output capacitance is 10pF typ (Ta = 25°C, input: tr = tf = 6ns)
