The GF1M-E3/5CA from Vishay is an single configured surface mount glass passivated rectifier in DO-214BA package. It features low forward voltage drop, low leakage current, high forward surge capability. Applicable at general purpose rectification of power supplies, inverters, converters, freewheeling diode, automotive and telecommunication.
