LH1503AB

The LH1503AB is a through-hole Solid-State Relay constructed using a GaAlAs LED for actuation control and an integrated monolithic die for the switch output. It has DPST normally-open switches (2-form-A) that can replace electromechanical relay in many applications. The die is fabricated in a high voltage dielectrically isolated technology is comprised of a photodiode array, switch control circuitry and DMOS switches. In addition this relay employs current limiting circuitry, enabling it to pass lightning surge testing as per ANSI/TIA-968-B and other regulatory voltage surge requirements when overvoltage protection is provided.
