- Single supply operation from 3V to 24V input voltage, adjustable output voltage down to 0.6V
- Scalable solution: 8A
- Support start-up with pre-bias output voltage
- Output voltage accuracy is ± 1% at -40°C to +125°C
- 97% peak efficiency
- 1μA supply current at shutdown, 50μA operating current not switching
- Four programmable switching frequencies available: 300KHz, 500KHz, 750KHz and 1MHz
- Adjustable soft start and adjustable current limit (OCP)
- 3 modes of operation: forced continuous conduction (FCCM), power save (PSM)
