Product Overview
The TCLD1000 is a 1-channel 4-pin Optocoupler with photodarlington output. It consists of a Darlington phototransistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode. It is suitable for switch-mode power supplies, line receiver and microprocessor system interface.
