Product Overview
The TCMT1102 is a 1-channel 4-pin Phototransistor Output Optocoupler consists of a phototransistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode. The elements are mounted on one lead-frame providing a fixed distance between input and output for highest safety requirements. It is suitable for programmable logic controllers, modems, answering machines and general applications.
