Product Overview
V40100CI-M3/P is a dual high voltage trench MOS barrier schottky rectifier. Typical application includes for use in high frequency converters, switching power supplies, freewheeling diodes, OR-ing diode, DC/DC converters, and reverse battery protection.
- Low forward voltage drop, low power losses
- High efficiency operation
- Solder bath temperature 275°C maximum, 10s, per JESD 22-B106
- Maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage is 100V (TA = 25°C)
- Maximum average forward rectified current is 20A (per diode, TA = 25°C)
- Peak forward surge current 8.3ms single half sine-wave superimposed on rated load per diode is 250A
- Instantaneous forward voltage per diode is 0.59V (typ, IF = 20A, TA = 125°C)
- Junction capacitance is 2450pF (typ, 4V, 1MHz, TA = 25°C)
- Common cathode circuit configuration
