The VLDY1235G-08 from Vishay is a dome lens surface mount LED with gull-wing leads for lighting solution. It is used in traffic signals and signs, interior and exterior lighting, indicator and backlighting purposes for audio, video, LCDs switches, symbols, illuminated advertising etc.
- Utilizing latest advanced AlInGaP technology
- ESD withstand voltage up to 2KV according to JESD22-A114-B
- Preconditioning according to JEDECR level 2a
- Suitable for reflow soldering according to J-STD-020
- Yellow colour LED
- Luminous intensity of 18000mcd (typ) at IF=50mA
