Product Overview
LT1213 is a dual, single supply precision opamp. The DC precision of the device eliminates trims in most systems while providing high frequency performance not usually found in single supply amplifiers. This will operate on any supply greater than 2.5V and less than 36V total. The inputs can be driven beyond the supplies without damage or phase reversal of the output. It is widely used in application such as 2.5V full-scale 12-bit systems: VOS ≤ 0.45LSB, 10V full-scale 16-bit systems: VOS ≤ 1.8LSB, active filters, photodiode amplifiers, DAC current-to-voltage amplifiers, battery-powered systems etc.

- Gain-bandwidth product is 26MHz typ
- Fast settling is 500ns typ at (0.01%, AV = 1, ∆VO = 2V)
- Input offset voltage is 100µV typ
- Input offset voltage drift is 2µV/°C typ
- Input offset current is 5nA typ
- Input bias current is 100nA typ
- Open-loop gain is 4000V/mV typ
- Input noise voltage is 10nV/√Hz typ, input noise current is 0.2pA/√Hz typ
