16TQC150MYF is a POSCAP™ TQC series, B size surface mount type conductive polymer tantalum solid capacitor. TQC series POSCAP™ capacitor utilizes a sintered tantalum anode and a proprietary high conductivity polymer for a cathode. Panasonic’s innovative construction and processing yield the lowest ESR level in polymer tantalum technology and exhibit excellent performance in high-frequency applications. Offering a high volumetric efficiency for capacitance, POSCAP™ capacitor has compact package size for a small PCB footprint. Additionally, POSCAP™ series demonstrates high reliability and high heat resistance, making it the ideal chip capacitor for digital, high-frequency devices and more.
