Product Overview
The TCF series capacitors from Panasonic are POSCAP surface mount conductive polymer tantalum solid capacitors. These POSCAP are thin, small and have ultra low ESR and superior high frequency characteristics hence suitable for digital/high frequency applications. The POSCAP also has high reliability and heat resistance.
- Capacitance value range from 150μF to 1000μF
- Available voltage ratings are 2.5VDC, 4VDC, 6.3VDC and 10VDC
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to 125°C
- Capacitance tolerance is ±20%
- Endurance of 1000h at 125°C
- ESR range from 5mohm to 15mohm
- Available in various size codes
