Product Overview
The BA3472YFVM-CTR is a high speed operational amplifier in 8 pin MSOP package and it has integrated two independent op-amps on a single chip. The common-mode input voltage range includes ground level allowingdirect ground sensing. It is used in engine control unit, electric power steering (EPS) and anti-lock braking system (ABS).
- Wide operating supply voltage, single supply of 3V to +36V and dual supply of ±1.5V to ±18V
- Wide temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
- Automotive grade AEC-Q100 qualified
- Input offset voltage of 10mV (max) & low input offset current of 6nA (typ)
- Low input bias current of 100nA (typ)
- Wide output voltage range from VEE+0.3V to VCC-1.0V (typ) and (VCC-VEE = 30V)
- High slew rate of 10V/µs(typ)
- Gain band width of 4MHz (typ)
- Standard op-amp pin assignments, high open loop voltage gain
- Internal ESD protection circuit
